Although we accept most insurance plans, we are often not on the “discount provider” list distributed by your company’s insurance carrier. You are also able to choose between a variety of additional payment options including personal check, major credit cards, money order, and cash—or we can help you arrange financing.

Unfortunately, we do not accept Medicaid or other state assistance plans.
